The newly expanded facility is 40 percent larger and provides a variety of tax credit and pre-employment services to more than 5,000 businesses across the nation. The pre-employment services facility offers applicant management, screening and selection services and tax credit services. The 24/7 facility offers area residents full-time and part-time work schedules including flexible and non-traditional work opportunities.  

ADP plans to add up to 100 new jobs at the Florence facility in addition to the 450 existing associates (employees) working for the company in South Carolina as well as approximately 42,000 associates worldwide. The new positions will serve in client services, processing, and management jobs.

In 2003, ADP acquired SMS Management Services based in Florence and has expanded the 2205 Enterprise Drive facility by an additional 24,000 square feet. The expansion is now complete and the added space is fully operational.
