Aside from County commitments, Joe currently works diligently on numerous boards as he continues his commitment and dedication to the County. He is an alumnus of Charleston Southern University. Katie is also a native of Florence County. She holds a BBA in Marketing from Francis Marion University and is an Alpha Delta Pi alum. Prior to her coming to FCEDP, she was employed at ESAB Welding & Cutting Products in procurement and supply chain. She is a Leadership Florence graduate and also serves on the Young Professionals of Florence Board of Directors. Thelma is a North Carolina native having lived in South Carolina for over 19+ years. Previous experience includes investment banking with Lehman Brothers, human resources benefits coordinator with HONDA of SC, and has served as Executive Assistant, Florence County Administrator. She is a 2005 Leadership Florence alumnus, past president of IAAP (International Association of Administrative Professionals), and currently serves as a member of the Pee Dee Workforce Investment Board. She attended Fayetteville State University.
